Brand Overview
Wholesome, retro, and sustainable are just a few words to describe the UK-based brand Story mfg. Founders (and couple) Saeed and Katy Al-Rubeyi brought their vision to life using eco-friendly methods, culture, and a whole lot of passion. Not only is Story mfg. known for their sustainability and positive values, but they also bring a sense of family and community towards their brand with every single piece they design; the story of Story mfg. is nothing short of ingenious.
Designer Bio
The Al-Rubeyi couple founded Story mfg. back in 2013 with the vision of creating a brand that takes the ideas of ethicality and fashion and discovers a middle ground between the two. There is no doubt that these two designers are big on their morals, and how it will influence their brand. The beginning of their written manifesto for Story mfg. states: “Story mfg. was born out of a desire for a more authentic, fulfilling and kind approach to fashion -- one that doesn't involve a trade-off between aesthetics and consciousness.”
