Located in Madison Wisconsin, August is an online shop and storefront focusing on men’s clothing, footwear, art, and music. The retail space not only displays the coolest clothing drops but serves as a community space for art and music events. The August Art Collective hosts live music, fashion shows, and pop-ups, celebrating and supporting many different creative outlets. Alongside live shows, August hosts its own podcast, The August Forum, featuring local creatives. They are also heavily involved in Madison’s music scene, highlighting SoundCloud DJs on their August Aux page. August’s impact to the downtown Madison area and its online community relies heavily on the influence of music.
