Loewe Mens SS22 Paris Fashion Week Recap
As we enter August, it’s time to re-cap the Loewe SS22 Menswear collection. This collection is very avant-garde, very camp. Filled with neons and metallics, the unforgettable collection made its mark on the runway. It almost brushes upon intergalactic-chic. Or perhaps, the perfect attire for a night out on the town, dancing the hours away in a club. That’s how Loewe summarizes the collection, which was shot by photographer David Sims.
Loewe is a luxury fashion house dating back to the mid-1800s, but their pieces never miss the mark of a modern, borderline futuristic style. Based out of Spain, Loewe is under the creative direction of genius Jonathan Anderson.
What makes Loewe stand out, especially in this year’s Paris Fashion Week, is their commitment to their craft. Not just figuratively — you see, Loewe places extreme importance upon the craftsmanship of their pieces, with the use of “artisanal techniques”. This comes as no surprise in the SS22 Menswear collection, which exemplified their skilled work in not only designing a collection but physically creating it too.
